Alison Cantos-Egea is a pre-doctoral researcher and trainee at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili through the PMF- Martí i Franqués research grant.
She has a degree in Social Education (URV) and a Master’s degree in Management and Evaluation of Interventions for Social Transformation (UdL).
She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy on the Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Education and Pedagogy, where she teaches the subject “Research and Evaluation in Education”, as well as tutoring external internships and Final Degree Projects.
The research line of her doctoral thesis revolves around emotional well-being, the study of psychosocial risks and the prevention of Burnout syndrome in social education professionals.
