Dr. Gisela Redondo-Sama is Ramón y Cajal Fellow at the University Rovira i Virgili and has been Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge (2014-2016). She is member of the Publications Committee of the International Sociological Association.
Currently, she develops the research line on dialogic leadership in schools for social transformation. In her contributions, she includes the gender dimension and the social impact of research in a transversal way. She is co-editor of the International Journal of Educational Leadership & Management (IJELM) and editor of eSymposium, a publication of the International Sociological Association.
