Organizing and scientific committee of international congresses such as the Multidisciplinary International Congress on Educational Research (CIMIE) and the International Congress on Leadership and Improvement of Education (CILME).
She has participated in several competitive projects such as R&D&i, from which scientific communications presented in national and international congresses and scientific publications in journals indexed in databases have been derived.
Her doctoral thesis is on School Management and Leadership. Her research lines are related to school management and educational leadership, family involvement and academic performance, initial teacher training, among others.
