This book “Advances in Democracy and Distributed Leadership in Education, Proceedings of the II International Congress of Leadership and Improvement of Education” includes the selected communications and presented in CILME 2018. The work has been organized following the five major themes of the congress: Experiences of Leadership, Experiences of Improvement in University Education, Experiences of Improvement in Non-University Education, Research on Leadership and, Research on Improvement.
We hope that this text will contribute to disseminate the research and experiences on Democracy and Distributed Leadership in Education that are carried out in the national and international context and, thereby, achieve a better education for a better society.
