The 14th Meeting of the Research Network on Leadership and Improvement of Education had been taken place on March 11 and 12, 2019, at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona).
Francesc Roca, Councilor for Education, and Montserrat Fortuny, director of the Municipal Institute of Education, received the RILME team of researchers at the Tarragona City Council. Later they enjoyed a guided tour of the Roman Tarraco city.
